IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION!
Shipping/Handling in the U.S.48 states is $11.95 for each shipment,
from one item to six items. This is based on 1/18th scale die cast models.
Shopping Cart may show multiple shipping charge but we adjust invoice at
time of billing.
Other items may have different shipping charges and will be noted in item
description.
We will only package 6 items to one box for shipping to insure
safe handling by shipper.
Shipping/Handling to HI, AK, and PR is $18.95 for the 1st item, plus
$11.00 for each additional item shipped at that exact same time.
Shipping to APO addresses is done through
US Post Office. Charges to APO box are $15.00 for one item and
additional
items
are determined at time of order by weight. Please email us for shipping
multiple items to an APO address.
We
do attempt to ship as many cars together as possible, to keep your
shipping costs
as low as possible.
It depends on exactly when cars arrive here, or if some cars are delayed
by the manufacturer.
We will do our best to group cars together. However, we cannot hold an item for weeks and
months on end waiting for another
item to be released.
This has caused many problems as some items
may be a sellout and highly desired
item and then customer that initially
ordered vehicle then cannot pay for item or
changes mind.
Also, issue dates are subject to change and they are
delayed sometime as long
as 6 months.
There will be no exclusions !!!!
We ship 100% by
UPS Ground in the Continental US
We
will NOT ship to U.S. Post Office Boxes.
We
DO suggest shipping to a business (your work) if possible,
so someone actually signs for the shipment.

All returns are at
buyers expense !! If we are replacing item we will ship item
at our expense. On International Orders
all shipping is at buyers expense.
When returning an item you must call
or email
shipping@nationaldiecasters.com
and get a return authorization or item will NOT be replaced and no credit applied to account.
Items returned due to customer just changing their mind
will incur a 20% restocking fee.
If item is damaged, you must notify us within
7 days
or item cannot be returned.

Please Note :
We have one of the best records with
UPS on our packaging methods. We only average 2 claims per year.
In retrospect..........even with our
extreme care in packaging an item retail display box may get bent or plastic
window crushed in shipping.
This is mostly due now to the very flimsy packaging the manufacturers now
package their items for the retail shelf display.
Manufacturers do not consider a bent or crushed display box as a returnable
item and do not supply dealers with extra boxes.
Therefore we do not consider a bent or crushed display box as a returnable
item also. |
