Merchandise Orders

When you first place an order on our site, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an
online customer profile form. This information includes your name, mailing address, telephone number, shipping address(es), email
address, and your credit card number and expiration date. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify
you of your order status by email.

We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable or other information to any non-affiliated third party.

We save the address(es) you provide for shipment and, when you place future orders, we provide the address(es) to you as
 a selectable list for your convenience.
 
Vendor Applications

When you submit a vendor application online, we request personally identifying information. We use this information to evaluate and
 follow up on your application. If you become a vendor of NDC or it's affiliates, this information can become part of your account records.
 

Questions and Inquiry's

Although we are not staffed to respond to all individual emails, we will respond to your customer service requests and inquiries when appropriate and to other
 messages when appropriate and as time permits.
 
How do we use e-mail?

We send one email message to confirm each order you make, and we occasionally send you other email messages containing information specifically relating to your order (such as shipping delays).

When you first place an order and set up your customer profile, we may send a promotional email from which we will automatically
send information on upcoming events, new products and services, and special offers we think you’ll be interested in.
 
How do we protect our customers' information?
We are committed to online data security. Although total security does not exist on the Internet, we take reasonable steps to assure
secure transmission and storage of your information. We protect transmission of information between your PC and our servers by
utilizing industry standard efforts, such as firewalls, Secure Socket Layers and encryption software. We store information relating to
our customers on a highly secure server that is not accessible via the Internet.

While we use Secure Socket Layer encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect your information offline. All of
your information is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing
clerks or customer service representatives) are authorized to access personally identifiable information. Our employees use
password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desks. When they return, they re-enter their passwords to regain access to
 your information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
